The passion for building every "Alphametic" piece

During my time at AST, I did a lot of research to expand my knowledge and suggest solutions for the team in various fields. I worked on a real project for the German Ministry, where I was in charge of TTS (Text to Speech) feature. It was a great experience in an atmosphere of cooperation and individual development.

Looking back, I learned a lot during the internship. The first week was all about getting set up with all the tools and shadowing my teammates. After that, I started working on web applications using React technology. Then, I gained experience with the WordPress PHP technology. Being able to utilize all the skills that I was taught at AST in a real-life situation is the best learning experience .

During my internship at AST, I had the opportunity to delve into .NET backend development, working on project that expanded my technical expertise and problem-solving abilities. Over the course of eight weeks, I gained hands-on experience in building and optimizing APIs, managing databases, and implementing business logic using C# and ASP.NET Core. This experience not only strengthened my understanding of backend development but also improved my ability to collaborate within a team, troubleshoot challenges efficiently, and write clean, maintainable code. I am incredibly grateful for the guidance and support I received throughout this journey. A special thanks to Abbas Faour for his invaluable mentorship and encouragement. I also extend my appreciation to the entire AST team for providing an environment that nurtured learning and growth. This internship has been a pivotal step in my career, equipping me with the skills and confidence to take on future challenges in .NET development.

I opted to undertake my internship at ‘AST,’ as I firmly believed it to be the most conducive environment for gaining experience and motivation within the software sector.After 8 weeks of training at “AST”. I have gained a lot of information in working on Front-end for websites domain and how to deal with the problems we faced and how to work in partnership and collaborate with other team members, which enhanced my personal skills foremost, followed by my knowledge skills.I would extend my sincere obligation towards the team who have helped me in this internship, and I accomplished my projects and tasks under the appreciate support and guidance of the supervising team, in particular “Mr. Mohamad Saayed”.Finally, I extend my gratitude to “AST” for giving me this opportunity.

I started the internship at alphametic services and technologies as a .Net backend developer it was a remarkable experience and such a great opportunity for me to learn and develop my skills. During my internship at AST Company, I had the opportunity to work alongside a talented and supportive team. I started with AST in August 2022, as a trainee, throughout my 6 months of training and learning from the best, I was able to maintain the first version of the Mwakaba project and introduced some new features into it, and then I contributed in its second version, which got me a chance to have a full time job as React.js software engineer, having such work environment and team members allowed me to gain experiences much beyond a technical level.

I’m grateful for my internship with AST’s mobile development team, where I worked with React Native. It was a great learning experience, and I contributed to an important project. During my internship, I had the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of React and use it to build a dashboard with many interactive features.I had also indulged in the field of Virtual Reality which was a new and interesting field to work on, especially in web development.
