Under the patronage of His Excellency the President of the Lebanese Republic, General Joseph Aoun, the fifth edition of LEBTECH 2025 was launched on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Le Royal Hotel – Dbayeh, under the supervision of the Lebanese IT Syndicate.

Alphametic Services and Technologies took part in this major national tech exhibition. Our team attended various activities, including specialized workshops and insightful lectures on artificial intelligence, programming, and modern technologies.

We also showcased some of our top projects and technical achievements to visitors and fellow exhibitors, reaffirming our commitment to staying at the forefront of digital innovation.

We are excited to share a short demo of our Smart Product Recommender – a system we built to transform the way users discover products. 🎉
This solution leverages:
✅ OpenAI Embeddings (text-embedding-ada-002) to convert product descriptions and user interests into dense vectors
✅ Qdrant, a blazing-fast vector database, for real-time similarity search
✅ Cosine Similarity to measure the semantic closeness between products and user interests
✅ A clean and modular .NET 8 backend, React frontend, and vector-based recommendation logic for maximum flexibility and scalability
This is just the beginning. We’re already exploring applications in e-commerce, real estate, B2B marketplaces, and more.
